
After giving his answer to the 2nd showcause notification issued by the BCCI, Lalit Modi (suspended IPL chairman) has delivered an opposition hit by registering an insult notification against Jiles Clarke, (ECB Chairman). Modi’s defamation notification has Clarke’s e-mail to Shashank Manohar (BCCI President), where the ECB boss had allegedly blamed Modi of seeking to float a revolt league in England, terminating ICC rules.
