Youngstown, OH, United States (AHN) – Incoming Ohio State freshman Jamel Turner is in serious condition after a shooting incident Saturday morning in Youngstown, Ohio.

The 18-year old Turner sustained gunshot wounds after an unknown individual fired at him at 3:23 a.m. Saturday.

University Of Waterloo Suspends Football Program For One Year Over Steroid Scandal

Waterloo, Ontario, Canada (AHN) – The University of Waterloo suspended on Monday its football program for one year after nine players were found positive for steroid use.

The use by players of steroid was discovered in March when Waterloo player Nathan Zettler was arrested for possession and trafficking of anabolic steroids and HGH. It led Waterloo Director of Athletics Bob Copeland to order that the whole team of 62 players be tested for steroid use.
